The Technology Centre Lübeck is a multifactor-coordinator for economy, technology, and innovation in the Baltic region of Lübeck and is managing one of the largest innovation-centers of Germany. As lead partner of the project, the TZL has overall responsibility for management of the BaSIM project and also leads the WP2.
